This is a combination of two images randomly photographed onto one frame of film. One image was taken in an urban street of an english city, the other was taken in a poppy field in the english countryside. The film itself was shot through the 'wrong' side of the emulsion, hence the warm colour cast.

Very cool collage, where are the photos from?
Lovely ethereal feel
love it!
Great!
Hey thanks all! A really nice surprise to see such an instant response.
@ danielp: The first shot on the frame was taken in Bristol and involved me squatting down in the middle of a road on a traffic junction, to get a low angle on a traffic bollard that had some 'owlish' markings graffed onto it. I shot the rest of the film through and then respooled it back into the same camera. The second shot overlaying that, turned out to be the poppies about three weeks later. I had seen a field full of them from the motorway heading north out of London, and made my partner pull off the next roundabout and abandon his car in a layby so I could go and take pictures!
very nice!
really really nice
wow. what a gift you have. your photo's are incredible. So much emotion. I love them all but "waiting for icecream" really grabs at my heart. Keep it up! What an experimental and beautiful mind you have.
i love how it was processed. excellent captures by the way :) do you do your your own processing? :)
Thanks all...
@ nicooleo: You put a HUGE smile on my face last night - thanks for such a generous comment and for having a look at my flickr too. I can still clearly remember the moments leading up to that 'icecream' shot, good to know it still has some of the magic.
@ midimoik: I've started intervening with the negatives before and after they've been developed (bleach bypass, salting, boiling) - it doesn't leave a lot of time to develop all the colour stuff conventionally as well...but I home dev all my own B&W stuff.
Is it 2 or 3 photos? Lovely, lovely effect.. You have my vote!
Thanks Dodies - the further back this goes, the quieter it has become, which is only to be expected I guess, but it meant I really appreciated your comment - and your vote!
It's two images, one in the city (taken first) and one in 'the country' taken over the top of it.
