Since you ask, the only critique I have is to work the values, making them more drastic. I like how her face is the lightest part of this piece and creates the focal point... that was a good choice. However, It seems that that her collar bone area could use a little lightening (just a little), her neck could be a darker (right under her chin to define the chin better), and the background could be a little lighter. If you are worried that a lighter background would blend in with her light face, you could bring her dark hair down a bit to separate the two.

Awesome job!!! Jellyfish rule! Also, the blue under her eyes is a wonderful touch.
