I recently become quite interested in traditional arts, especially for Oriental style such as Japanese. My creation was inspired by Yumiko Kayukawa's artwork, which delivers strong visual impact by story-telling characters. I came up with the idea to use very typical Chinese traditional art elements in my design. I believe the presentation of oriental culture with a modern, technological background will give bloggers a special feeling.

Nice, the only thing that irks me slightly is the yellow shading on her cheek. Because the hair is masking the other cheek it does make it look slightly like a bruise. Lovely design though.
Hi Thanks for ur comment! I thought about whether I should apply pink instead of yellow and made it a bit more blur, but when I referred to some traditional arts I found that women in that generation seem to like to use mandarin or yellow on their cheek. I will work on this more next time!
That's a really nice historical fact. As I said, it's only a little confusing on the eye as you can only see it on one cheek. Yumiko rules, doesn't she?!
i love it! :)
It is very impressed. I like it a lot that it combines the classical beauty and modern culture together. It is amazing!
