The old remains of a wooden giant sit forgotten in an old shipyard. It seems as though someone had big plans to make a real-life giant by hand. The wooden Goliath was being built from scraps of old ships. Sadly, it seems as though his creator left him abandoned in the midst of his work.

Burbskate, the type is mainly there for aesthetic purposes, and includes the word "forgotten" from the title, but was left partially hidden just out of plain fun and not wanting to rely on text too much. I love the way text looks in art, but I don't want every illustration to center around a statement. I'd rather treat letters as objects, just like characters, trees, mountains, blobs of color! I guess its an ode to street art within a more folky setting.
