Mogaro lives in England in a seaside town that has seen better days. It's decaying nature is reasonably fertile for creative ideas so it suits his current purpose as a designer. As a child he wanted to be a footballer and follow in the footsteps of Clive Allen, but as luck would have it he wasn't at all good enough.
