Hi! My name is Derek Powazek.

I’ve survived 13 years in the web biz, including stints as the creative director of Blogger and Technorati. I now work on HP’s MagCloud, publish Fray Quarterly, and consult with startups like this.

My vices include cameras, Blue Bottle coffee, and dogs of all shapes and sizes. (Dogs can be a vice if you’re compelled to say hi to every single one you see on the street.)
