Interview
What’s the name of your Infectious art piece?
AmoreslaRevolución
Tell us a little bit about the piece and the inspiration behind it:
It is a propaganda love letter to Obama. It was inspired by my cousin Mitchell Posada’s collaboration with Artist Activist Suzi Chang, they are working together in a really beautiful way to promote a more tolerant, more peaceful humankind. For the graphics, I got inspired from the look of some posters of the Russian Constructivism, and Ché Guevara´s iconic image – two great concepts to communicate Revolution.
How do you feel about so many artists in the States at the moment rising up and channeling their support of Obama through their art?
