What was the catalyst/creative spark that inspired you to create your FriendsWithYou universe?
Life is the spark. We aim to explore, open up our perceptions, and just offer our friendship to the universe.

Dreaming, sketching, discussing, creating, and blessing.
You started off your career hand sewing your character plushes. What was the worse sewing injury you sustained?
The needle through the finger was pretty intense.
Would you share some things from your workspace that inspire you?
Books, little friends, artifacts, magic amulets. This is a magical sanctuary.
What’s the best compliment/most extreme reaction you’ve ever received in response to your work?
Someone won the lotto once, the same day they purchased Malfi. We like to see our work bringing lots of joy- this is its main purpose.

Connecting with the world through brightness and love.

What’s the first picture you can each remember drawing as a child?
It was probably something like my own version of Bugs Bunny. I was always making funny casts of characters ever since I can remember.
