ARE THE SKATEBOARDS COVERED IN VINYL ART?

Nope. In the past Infectious has made vinyl art for devices, walls and cars, but now we're branching out beyond that. No vinyl involved with the decks.

HOW ARE THEY PRINTED THEN?

Our skateboards are printed via a full color proprietary digital heat transfer process. These are not the cheap inkjet or offset printed transfers. Our transfers have layers of ink, put onto boards with paints and laquers, to ensure proper sliding.

WHAT ARE THE SKATEBOARDS MADE OF?

We craft them out of hard American maple and the boards are quality printed right here in the good ol' US of A.

ARE YOU GOING TO DO TRADITIONAL SCREEN PRINTING IN THE FUTURE?

We're considering it.

WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE SKATEBOARD?

7.75" x 31.5".

DO YOU SELL TRUCKS, WHEELS ETC?

Not at the moment. But if enough people request it, we'll definitely consider it.

ARE THESE FOR SKATE OR DISPLAY?

Both!

ARE THESE SKATEBOARDS DESIGNED FOR VETERAN SKATERS OR NOVICES?

These boards are suitable for any level skater, especially the advanced rider.

WHAT CONCAVE IS THE SKATEBOARD?

The boards are medium concave.

WHAT ARE THESE SKATEBOARDS ACTUALLY LIKE TO SKATE WITH?

Our biggest concern was obviously making sure the boards and printing process were of a super-high quality. So we asked one of our founding artists Nico Berry (who used to be art director for Thrasher magazine) to skate with it and tell us if it was a legitimate deck. His review: "It's a good board, nice wood and it has good pop and a nice mellow concave. The graphics look really good too and they scrape off at the same rate as all the other boards out there."
