HOW DO I BECOME AN INFECTIOUS ARTIST?

CAN I SHARE A PHOTO OF MY ART IN ACTION?

Absolutely. Please send any photos of your Infectious art to photos (at) infectious (dot) com.

WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGET MY USERNAME OR PASSWORD?

Simply enter your email address here and we'll email you a link to reset it.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PERSONAL INFO IN MY ACCOUNT?

Click on the "Your Account" in the top orange navigation bar. This will take you to a page where you can edit your Account and Profile Information, change your password and Username and link your Facebook account to Infectious.

CAN I CANCEL MY USER ACCOUNT?

Yes - though we'll be sorry to see you go! Please send an email to info (at) infectious (dot) com.

Ordering

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

  1. Browse through the site, clicking the "Add to cart" button for each product you'd like to add.
  2. When you're done click "Review and Check Out" (on this page you can amend the contents of your shopping cart). Click "Check Out" when you're ready.
  3. Fill in your Billing Address, click "Save Billing Address". Fill in your Shipping Address , click "Save Shipping Address". Select which shipping option you'd like.
  4. Enter your payment information. If you have a discount code you will be now asked to enter it.
  5. Click "Submit My Order!" to charge your card.

IS THE SITE SECURE?

Absolutely. Credit card information is not stored on the website, transactions are done over a SSL connection and all passwords are encrypted. When you are going through checkout the "http" becomes "https" - which shows that you're on a secure server. All personal information that you give us will never be disclosed to third parties.

DO YOU TAKE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yup we ship to the following countries:
If your country is not covered and you'd like to buy some art email us at info (at) infectious (dot) com and we'll arrange it for you.

WHY CAN'T I ORDER A SKATEBOARD AND A SKIN AT THE SAME TIME?

We do this because the skins and skateboards are printed in and shipped from two different areas of the States. This system has been created in order to get our customers the lowest shipping costs possible.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY INFECTIOUS PRODUCTS?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We will soon be launching a Paypal option.

HOW DO I CAN CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Email support (at) infectious (dot) com immediately for both amending and canceling any orders. We will only be able to do this if the product has not yet been sent to printing. We send through orders to printing at noon PST each day. If you need to change your order, we will cancel the entire order and you will need to reorder it on the site.

WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?

Funds are reserved when you purchase your products off our website. Your card will get charged upon shipment.

WHY IS THERE A TRANSACTION ON MY CARD WHEN MY CARD WAS DECLINED?

It may appear that your card has been charged. However these funds are only reserved by your bank. Seeing that the order was never processed you will not be charged and the held funds will disappear, typically after a few days.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Sorry - no refunds, just exchanges for unopened and unused product. We will exchange for a product of the same value or less. Shipping charges are non-refundable and additional shipping charges are covered by the customer.

WILL THE COLOR OF MY INFECTIOUS ART LOOK DIFFERENT FROM THE WEBSITE?

It will probably look slightly different. The color on your computer screen will never show the true color of the vinyl or skateboard. We do not offer exchanges for color variations between the website and the actual product received.

Shipping

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Orders are shipped in approximately five to seven business days.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

In the top navigation bar click "Your Account" and then the "Order History" tab on the left in order to see your order status. We also send a confirmation email to you after you have ordered your products. There is also a status update link in this email as well.

HOW CAN I AVOID PAYING CUSTOM FEES?

We legally have to fill out customs forms with correct information, otherwise we risk being prohibited from shipping our product to that country. International orders may incur a customs fee. This fee is charged by the government, not Infectious. Please contact your local customs office for more details.

HOW WILL MY SKATEBOARD/S SHIP?

We ship all skateboards via UPS Domestic. We can fit between one and five skateboards in per package, so if you order more than five boards they will ship in multiple packages.

MY SHIPMENT HASN'T ARRIVED - WHAT SHALL I DO?

Please contact us at support (at) infectious (dot) com. We will make every effort to track down your package. We require 20 business days from shipping date before we can make a decision on replacing a product. For international orders we will only replace your missing product one time, if it does not get delivered at this point, then please take up the issue with your local post office.

We do provide custom printing for orders of 25 and above. If you are interested, contact us at sales (at) infectious (dot) com for more info.
