Time to unleash your inner artist
The whole point about Car Art is that you get to be a part of the artistic process. Where you place the art is up to you, with the result that no two infectious art cars will look the same.

Try these tips from Infectious staff member (and professional vinyl installer) Dennis to make Infectious Car Art look and feel like the surface of your car.
Vinyl + Windows + Door Frames
Try putting the vinyl across door frames - it's real easy to slide an X-acto™ blade down the middle of the gap and tuck the vinyl behind the door. Don't forget to open up the door and really clean that inside edge with Windex™, or it won't stick when you roll the vinyl round.
Vinyl + Gas Caps
Put your art over your gas cap. Use the same technique as the door frame. If it's really not sticking because it's all gunked up with dirt then just take the blade and trim it right to the edge. Be careful not to slice into your paint job!
VINYL + CROPPING TO FIT
Don't be afraid to overhang the graphic and trim it to fit. It gives a great custom look. For this one to make sure we didn't impair vision of the driver, we trimmed it right at the rubber seal of the window and tucked the excess vinyl in between the rubber and the car.
VINYL + PLASTIC TRIM
Vinyl doesn't stick well to plastic or rubber. You can put vinyl over plastic trims and gaps. You just have to trim away the whole middle piece and tuck the flaps under.
VINYL + DON'T EVEN GO THERE
(If you have them) AVOID those curved bits at the end of your plastic ABS trim. They are one of the trickiest parts of a car to install across.
Vinyl + Valleys + Ridges
Don't be afraid to apply graphics across valleys or ridges on cars. It's not hard to push the vinyl into those curves and it will make the art feel like it's part of the surface of the car.
